Terms and Conditions

12-month warranty on electronics in 36V, 48V, 60V and 72V.
6 months warranty on electronics in 12V and 24V.
3 months on battery.
Tires not included.
No change of minds refunds.
Water damage will void all warranty and you will be charged labor and parts.
We will provide you with free spare parts for 3 months, if any part is failing. If the spare part we sent is also not worked, the item can be returned at the cost of customer. Such an item must be returned via a safe courier with proof of shipment and tracking.
We will not be responsible for the loss of any returned items. Returned items must be unused and include its manual and all related items.
Any damage to the item due to misuse or neglect voids our warranty policy as sometimes, kids ride the car on unsuitable surfaces as mud, thick grass, steeping slopes, or try to push the car manually, all of which exert too much load on the car and activation of the thermal sensor will result in burning the motor.
We also offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way not happy with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (unopened). Once we receive your returned item, we will give it a quick once over and if everything is ok your refund will be processed (this normally 10 working days). A processing fee of $30 will be applied.

A PARENTAL DECISION TO ALLOW CHILD TO OPERATE RIDE ON TOYS SHOULD BE BASED ON THE CHILD'S MATURITY, SKILL, AND ABILITY TO FOLLOW RULES.
CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED WHILE OPERATING RIDE ON TOYS.
TO AVOID INJURIES, A PARENTAL SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.
PROTECTIVE GEAR MUST BE USED WHILE OPERATING MOTORCYCLES AND ATV quads.

Artintoys offer 3 months warranty on spare parts of all electric ride on cars including 12v Ride On Cars from date of delivery with rules and conditions as below:
